- A modern design for the open ticket portal (Help Center) with the ability to customize branding.
- We launched a Task Scheduler for reminders and maintenance tasks.
- The ability to set a quick ticket view in the list view for fast actions.
- Easy to navigate quick filters (Ques) with the ability to customize views coming soon.
- We launched V2 of our task checklists.

- Set a custom domain in the open ticket portal.
- The ability to customize help desk queues by agent.
- SSO for the Genuity mobile help desk app + tons of enhanced functionality.
- The ability to customize notifications and surveys via reusable templates.
Asset Management
- Updated analytics under-reporting, which allows you to filter data sets quickly and export the associated information.
- Run exportable reports to see which computers/laptops have specific software and which ones may be missing the same product or service.

- Check-in and check-out assets with an audit log of changes
- Updated functionality for setting the depreciation and end-of-life values for enhanced visibility and better lifecycle management.
Contract Management
- Simplified App tracking and Usage.
- Updated parsing of connector data for vendors, making it easier to track the spending you want while ignoring vendor data that doesn't apply.
